Do You Remember When You Were TWO?

By Annabelle Bondar | October 3, 2013

“Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are endless.”
~ Mother Teresa ~

To my family, friends and forest of readers,

It is the time of year when the days are getting shorter and the temperature is cooler. Autumn marks the time between the warmth of summer and the cooler temperatures of winter. The cooler weather is the time of the harvest, and the end of natural cycle in our gardens. It is time to trim the trees and do a fall clean-up.

All the new fall colors of warmth are out in the stores and the fabrics are so rich.

If you notice this is the time of year that many develop colds, coughs, bronchitis. These are typical of autumn.

It is a great time of year to rest earlier and get up early. It is the time of schedules for back to school, starting new things, exercise. Although it may seem to be hurried, try to stay calm.

Drink plenty of warm drinks and make delicious soups this time of year, they give you energy and fresh soups are loaded with healthy nutrients.

It is a beautiful time of year to give hugs to those you love, your children, your grand-children,friends. Those close to you benefit from touch, especially someone going through a difficult time. Hugs help to relieve stress and those who experience touch on a regular basis tend to have higher levels of endorphins which lead to a longer life.

So go ahead and snuggle, cuddle and give lots of hugs!

As Always,
It’s Me

Do You Remember When You Were TWO?

One of the biggest stressors in today’s busy world is to try to please everyone. When we feel over-committed, it often feels overwhelming. Do we ever think a simple way of reducing stress and not taking on more than we can handle is that famous word used often by those who are two “NO”!

Do you remember how powerful you felt when you were two and you used the word “NO”?

Breast Wellness

Mother with BabyIt is the month of October and it is also wellness time for your breasts and your health and well-being. I would love for you to focus on your health and the beauty of your breasts.

Our breasts are the gifts we have been given.

Do you know that we are women and we nurture others and often love when others nurture us. When you see a mother feeding her baby, hugging her child and being hugged back, that is the true essence of breast wellness. Our breasts nurture and sustain life.

You know the saying about getting things off your chest, we have the ability as women to do that well.

Treat your breasts with love and tenderness. Breasts are in the fourth chakra of health and give us the capacity to feel, express our emotions and take part in great relationships.

Remember to love yourself as the beautiful woman you are.
